He wrote his M.A. thesis on the concepts and mediatisation of wildlife observations in the works of Alexander von Humboldt. He joined the project \u00bbNature\/Culture: on the History of the Transformation of a Mythical Demarcation\u00ab as part of the SFB 644 \u00bbTransformations of Antiquity\u00ab as a Research Associate in 2013, focusing on his PhD-project \u00bbStrange worlds of taste. A history of transformation\u00ab. In 2017, he started to work at the Institute for Cultural History and Theory at Humboldt University of Berlin.
