Waldemar Isak studied Cultural History and Theory and Media Studies at Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Edinburgh. Since October 2022 he has been working as a research assistant at the research and teaching area \u00bbCultural Theory and Cultural History and Theory of Aesthetics\u00ab. In the winter semester 2023\/24, Waldemar Isak received a fellowship from the Gutenberg Graduate School of the Humanities and Social Sciences at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. His research and teaching focuses on theories of the body, autotheoretical and essayistic writing, queer aesthetics, as well as gestural and ephemeral aesthetics and practices.<\/p>\n
